Now the negatives: the cashier (there were two) I interacted with lacked customer service skills. She didn’t even say hi, no smile, no thank you, seemed indifferent. Is there any training in customer service these days to put these people in “customer service” positions in this country or in this part of the country?

I know you can get them online but I like the feeling of shopping in person. The staff was very helpful and I was able to find tops I liked. The dressing room attendants were very helpful and attentive. The checkout was easy and convenient.
