We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have a size that worked for me, but instead of trying to push me into buying something that wasn’t quite right, Danni suggested I check online for another model that might be a better fit. I really appreciated that she genuinely cared about helping me find something I would actually wear, rather than just making a sale. She was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the whole experience. Great customer service like this really stands out.

Now the negatives: the cashier (there were two) I interacted with lacked customer service skills. She didn’t even say hi, no smile, no thank you, seemed indifferent. Is there any training in customer service these days to put these people in “customer service” positions in this country or in this part of the country?

I know you can get them online but I like the feeling of shopping in person. The staff was very helpful and I was able to find tops I liked. The dressing room attendants were very helpful and attentive. The checkout was easy and convenient.
