  Super cute jewelry here!! They have lower cost jewelry, which makes for great gifts (ie necklace with the alphabet, anklets, bracelets, and sweet necklaces). And higher quality items. I bought a gift for my boyfriend’s daughter who is turning 21 years old and it is super cute. Plus, they put it in a sweet box.

  I had a great experience at Gorjana Fillmore with Jade - she’s amazing!! I had a few fine pieces that after 5 years of wear needed some extra attention, and she was so helpful in finding a solution for me to keep wearing them. She also was incredibly quick to suggest the perfect graduation gift. She knows the products so well, and made amazing suggestions. The store is beautiful, spotless and so welcoming. I’ll 100% continue to drive to the SF location from Marin, it’s worth it!

  I had an issue with a bracelet that I had purchased a while back; I brought it into the store today and had a replacement within a minute. Workers were so kinda and helpful! I definitely recommend this location.

  I visited the Fillmore Street location on March 14th. I love Gorjana as a brand and own multiple pieces from them, which is why this experience was disappointing. I understand that staff are expected to engage with customers, but this felt excessive. I was repeatedly approached and asked multiple questions when I just wanted to browse. I was also asked to speak up twice about my voice volume in front of other customers, which made me feel self conscious and embarrassed. What may have been intended as helpful came across as intrusive, and it honestly felt like bullying. Because of this, I would likely avoid this location in the future.
