  I had an amazing experience with the Bay Street, San Francisco location! I was ordering internationally, which made things a little complicated, but Niki was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests and make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. The delivery arrived exactly at the requested time, and they even made several calls when the recipient wasn’t home to make sure everything reached him safely. I ordered flowers, a fruit arrangement, cake, and balloons for a birthday delivery in August. The fruit was fresh, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and so fresh that they still looked great a week later! The cake was a little too sweet for our taste, but everything else was absolutely perfect and fresh. I had seen some negative reviews before ordering and was a little nervous, but my experience was genuinely wonderful. Thank you so much, Niki and the team! Highly recommend! ❤️

  Nidhi was incredibly helpful, efficient and had great follow up!! I was trying to place the order during my nephew's graduation, with poor phone signal. Exactly as the photo, the beautiful arrangement arrived on time!!! Was very impressed with the entire process and everyone loved the chocolates dips and fruits!!! Thank you so much for everything!!

  Do not trust the posted hours. I biked an hour to get here only to find a locked door during posted (online and on store) business hours. Giving it 2 stars since I couldn’t actually go so I haven’t tried the arrangements. Comedic angry photo included.

She tailored my order perfectly! Excellent customer service from start to finish. The recipient was thrilled—as you can see from the photo they sent!"
