I contacted customer service and was told my order could not be canceled for 5 days, therefore my rewards and discount couldn't be applied to this purchase. Initially I was disappointed and frustrated, as I would be out of town and needed to have this resolved before my departure. Jaime, the manager on duty, was relentless in helping me and made my transaction seamless and stress-free. I appreciate the top notch customer service and his calm, professional demeanor.

Note that if you’re picking up an online order, you can try on the shoes on the spot, but you cannot exchange them for a different size right then and there. You’ll need to wait 24 hours before making an exchange.
