  My wife went to this boutique today to drop a bag for repair. An associate told he’ll send an email receipt to her email, 7 hours passed by - no receipt being sent. Many calls and text to the associate and the boutique itself and no one is getting back to us for the freaking receipt. This is not the service you should receive after spending thousand dollars for this brand. At least get back to your clients’ phone calls and texts!

  It’s very normal high end store. Only negative is business hours. サンダルとTシャツで行くとやっぱり扱いは違いますね。人はやはり見かけで判断されるという見本は高級ブランドショップに行くと よくわかります。

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Sub-par service. Will go to Burberry, which had excellent service and just a few stores down the road, from now on.
