  The SF Chanel is the most unprofessional store world wide and especially in the states. Their staff has the most attitude and are rude. They do NOT belong to San Francisco culture. Disappointed and never will purchase from them.

  0/100 Such a bad boutique experience, they are so pretentious as if no customer is worthy of buying from them I mean all the big brands literally live in the same place but the obnoxious they are, I never experienced anything like that anywhere else. The SA never made a single attempt to contact me after selling me a pricey bag, when I walked in the third time and met the same SA again, she either did not even remember me or atleast pretended so, plus the way she stated they never do gwps threw me so off, after their online dept telling me to walk in store and check, like who are we lying here that we “never” do gwps, calling the same thing surprise delights doesn’t change the fact that you understand what I asked for but chose not to answer, plus she kept on telling me that I need to check with manager only after purchase, like what lol, since when have they started to assume that a customer won’t want to know the gwp (so called surprise delights) items coming along with a high value purchase before finalising, and how on earth if I may ask, did you never get the coco mademoiselle absolute crush charms and other delights in store at all during any time, like the dishonesty that they never got them in store is beyond comprehension, like they never got fall collection and little gifts for customers in stores?????? What are we walking in stores for? If not any customer relationship/“surprise delights/seasonal collection delights??????? Plus the first time, one of their SA’s gave a really rude look and told me to speak only to my SA, when i asked anything something from her because my SA was packing the bag she just sold off to me, lollll

  I have been shopping at Chanel for over 30 years and cannot believe how bad the customer service is at the Sf store. Can’t call directly (no phone to boutique, 415 # goes to national line), personal shoppers don’t return messages, I ask for a heads up when specific items arrive and never get a response. No store events. I have a long standing customer profile and expect service that is better than Temu. Please get it together.

  Outstanding service at this Chanel store. Right when you walk in, the sales people are so friendly and nice. There is currently a waiting list to enter the store, but it is definitely worth the wait. Deborah McCorkle helped me in the shoe department and she was so friendly and helpful. They definitely go above and beyond at this location and make your shopping experience a memorable one.
