- ETed tsangMar 17, 20261.0Very awlful service and condescending attitude. They didn't even bother to call beforehand for delivery and only called 5 min before dropping it off. When I called back why there was no call or even SMS an hour or heads-up they still insist why I didn't pick up right then for instruction to leave mechanize with the security guard instead of that's no planning on their side.

It was too short but they said they didn’t have a longer one. He began getting sores on his feet and so the doctor prescribed a longer bed. They then said that they delivered an extension kit. LIARS…….. they also delivered my dad’s bed with a used mattress and was suppose to bring a new one, NEVER DID. Lyft is falling apart, they say they came out for repairs…. LIES……When I call they never speak clear enough English to get a clear understanding and always say they’ll call you back……MORE LIES….i asked them to show me the invoice they have because mine doesn’t say anything about an extension kit……. They’ll call back……. I’M STILL WAITING…..

We’ve made several attempts to reconcile this Through the RX provided by docs and insurance. A-Z medical is NO help. They ordered the wrong size wheelchair for my 300lb husband, with NO leg rest for his Stump. They have no compassion or empathy for disabled patients. Horrible experience. Today is 8/07/2020 and still waiting for a wheelchair from A-Z medical.
