Camryn was INCREDIBLY patient and helpful despite our indecisiveness. She took her time, remained polite and explained things professionally and thoroughly.

Very disappointed as I dropped off my daughters jacket a while ago and was very specific that I needed the jacket by 9/17/26 and I was told, “oh nothing to worry about, you will have it the latest by 9/12/26. I have been calling on a daily basis since 9/17/26 and keep getting told it’s in the rhinestone department, no calls to advise it would be delayed and all they tell me is, “we have sent a rush message. Now I am being told they are getting a shipment tomorrow, they would call me if they receive it. This is unacceptable, I was very specific with the dates, had I know I would not have left it.

My son wanted to add more patches to his jacket. They were more than accommodating. They were quick with the return as well. I'll definitely go back to them for my other kids

We had an AMAZING experience when we came in for our appointment to get our daughter her long awaited letterman jacket. She could not have had a better experience thanks to EMMA who was friendly, patient, and helpful. She really made this milestone a memorable one. I highly recommend Rev Varsity for all your letterman jacket needs and again huge thanks to Emma!
