- CBCandy Brazil-CarterJun 14, 20261.0I walked into Tiffany and Company in fashion Valley excited for their new store upgrade and as I also wanted to see some jewelry, I was gonna do two things at once repair two of our necklaces and turn them in which apparently now you may need to make an appointment just for them to take it in the appointments are two weeks out, making it very inconvenient when a transaction eight months prior would only take five minutes of them to take it from me give me a receipt saying I turned it in and then I would pay for it after it arrived two weeks 2 to 3 weeks later the appropriate amount of time now due to the fact that You must have an appointment it makes it extremely inconvenient as we have to wait for our jewelry repair taking longer for six weeks. This is a ridiculous process and it should be abandoned.
