  I wish I would have looked at the review before I went to this awful store. The reviews are spot on! Just like the review before me I purchased the Meta glasses and had an issue in the first week! (I understand it’s not their fault) However, Candice was absolutely NO help and she was extremely rude with her high school attitude. Sister has a lot to learn for sure. Life is not easy Candice. Grow up and treat people how you want to be treated. Life will be rough for you until you learn little girl. The manager on the other hand gave me half the attitude that high school Candice did. He could have changed my mind about this review and the way I feel about the company but he was not 100% friendly either. He did however help me and made things right in the end. Just loose the attitude and you will be so much more valuable to your chosen career path. It’s sad that they DO NOT stand behind the products they sell. There are other places in that mall to get the same glasses. Better yet get some on Amazon where you won’t have these issues. Let’s ban together and boycott this business. Maybe then they will learn to have better customer service. Apparently this is the company culture. This is the first time I bought anything from a hem and I will NEVER give them a dime of my money again! Within seconds I received a reply to my review from the company, which I am sure is AI generated. As usual it’s always “we care and want to make things right, blah blah blah. Same old bull you always hear. They act like they are so concerned but in reality they could also care less. I filled out the info on the provided website and I assure you nothing will change. What won’t ever change for me is me not taking my money to any entity of that company including Lens Crafters, etc. They can thank high school Candice for that! Tell everyone you know to stay away from this company!

  My husband and I went shopping here and honestly it felt extremely uncomfortable. The whole time the sale associate was handing me sunglasses after sunglasses while I just wanted to be left alone and browse. Ultimately, we left since everything was too gody and branded and then we ending up purchasing a beautiful pair at Oliver Peoples nearby.

  Amazing customer service. Christian was outstanding and knowledgable about his inventory and product features. I would definitely recommend the Fashion Valley location if you need sunglasses. They have great sale prices too.

  I would like to share my recent experience at the lower-level Sunglass Hut location in Fashion Valley. On June 5, I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. Within less than two weeks of purchase, the glasses developed a technical issue affecting the hearing/audio functionality. The technical problem was the sole reason I requested an exchange. The glasses also had a small scratch on the lens, but that scratch was not related to the technical malfunction. I was willing to keep the glasses despite the minor scratch; however, because the glasses were experiencing a technical defect shortly after purchase, I believed an exchange was reasonable and appropriate. When I visited the lower-level Sunglass Hut location, I spoke with the manager, Fernanda. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I felt that I was not given a fair opportunity to explain the situation before being told that an exchange could not be done. The interaction came across as dismissive and lacking in customer care. I then visited the upstairs Sunglass Hut location, where the manager took the time to listen and understand the circumstances. He recognized that the exchange request was based on the technical malfunction, not the cosmetic scratch, and he treated the situation with professionalism and respect. My concern is that customers should receive fair consideration when a product develops a technical defect within such a short period after purchase. The issue was not about cosmetic damage; it was about a malfunctioning product. As customers, we trust companies to stand behind the products they sell, especially when technical issues arise shortly after purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and encourages a more thoughtful approach when customers seek assistance with legitimate product defects
