  I went to the store on Saturday and Sebastian help me, I just need to say that he was the best seller he even tried the sunglasses on him, Because it was a gift, And he gave me the best experience at the store, By the way, the Manager who work on that store, She’s always one of the best one and I love that she train his teamwork like these.

  Go somewhere else these lower level peons at this store have no clue what it takes to survive in the corporate world. They take your money they give you a terrible products and then when you try to exchange within the policy, that stated they refuse to all the reviews say this the manager needs to go back to wherever and the staff needs to be retrained. I spend almost $4000 a year with sunglasses that they will not get another dime for me. Useless is an understatement. They don’t understand nor do they qualify to run a business. I filed a report with BBB. I filed a refund with my credit card merchant and I have filed with Simmons. The owner of the mall writing bad business is not something you should ever do.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this is now the second time I have experienced this issue at the Sunglass Hut in Fashion Valley. I purchased a pair of sunglasses at the Palm Springs location and attempted to return them here within the return window. The staff refused the return, claiming the glasses were “damaged,” which they absolutely were not. They were in the same condition as when they were purchased. What is especially concerning is that this exact situation has happened to me before at this same location. It feels less like policy enforcement and more like a tactic to avoid processing returns. If you plan to purchase from another Sunglass Hut location and return here, be aware that you may run into resistance regardless of the condition of your item. Very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a national brand.

  I came into this store just to browse around and check the sunglasses. Although I didn't purchase anything here, the associate Ale was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. A big shoutout to her for contributing to the superb customer service at the store!
