  I had a disappointing experience at Sunglasses Hut #432, in San Ysdiro. The one next to the massage parlor. My husband and I walked in to ask a simple question but were met with an attitude right away. We weren’t greeted, and as I began explaining that I had purchased a pair of display sunglasses the day before, Larissa interrupted me, insisting they don’t sell display glasses. Before I could clarify my question, she walked away to make a phone call. What followed was even more unsettling. The other employee began speaking to her in Spanish, and they both laughed multiple times while we were still in the store. It felt incredibly rude and dismissive. I was simply trying to inquire if I could exchange my Brunello Cucinelli sunglasses $719.00, which had a scratch on one of the frames. When I approached the other employee for assistance, she didn’t allow me to explain my situation before stating Larissa was calling another store. It was baffling, especially since she didn’t even know which glasses I was referring to. The whole interaction felt like I was being racially profiled, which is unacceptable in any customer service environment. It’s disheartening to see such ignorance, especially from someone in customer service, and making minimum wage. I believe everyone deserves respect, no matter their background. I left feeling unwelcome and judged, and I won’t stand for that kind of treatment. I hope management addresses this issue, as no one should have to deal with such prejudiced behavior while shopping. Don't buy here if you stand up for what is right.

  Excellent service! Anna knew how to sell the product. I was very unsure which to choose: Oakley vs. Ray-Ban. She didn't just sell me one pair of glasses, she sold me two, when I only wanted one pair. Thank you, Anna!
