My daughter had a major accident with her Riggs Banana Leather boots and Ali took care of her beyond anything we ever expected. Ali’s level of personal attention, compassion, responsiveness and knowledge was 5-Star. It reminded me of the Nordstrom White Glove service from back in the day. Ali said, “We want your daughter to know she has a Steve Madden family.” What a beautiful sentiment! And Ali exemplified that sentiment 100%. We will always shop with Ali at Fashion Valley to support her store because the level of support she provided my daughter was unlike any retail experience we’ve had in many years. Thank you so much, Ali!

There were some shipping issues with my original order and Ali went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get to the bottom of it, ultimately shipping out the exact pair I needed from her store. I was taken back by the Assistant manager Eduardo's customer service. After he learned that I came in to the store to make a return, he blew me off as if there wasn't money to be made. Regardless if I needed to make a return or make more purchases, kindness was all that I could have asked for. My trip in to the store was simple and did not warrant the disrespect that was extended.
