    The male employee named Rob was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t greet me, stared at me, and only said “What?!” before processing my return in silence with no explanation. He suddenly became talkative only when a female coworker came back from her break, showing he can speak normally but chooses not to with customers. Other Ray-Ban stores have treated me professionally, so this location seriously needs to improve its basic customer service and professionalism.

    Customer service at this place is the reason I switched from Ray Ban sunglasses. I bought a high-end Ray Bans with Chromance lenses and after a month that Chromance coatings started peeling off both lenses. I asked a store representative to do a warranty replacement and the moment he has heard that Im not going to buy a new sunglasses he became less than collaborative. After half an hour of back and forth he refused to do a warranty replacement. Well… don’t want to stand behind your product - I’ll buy from those who do.

    Nothing says don’t follow the CDC guidance or the current science like Ray-Ban. I would think you would embrace your customer base, especially on off-season for purchasing sunglasses. I always prefer Ray-Ban‘s, but trust me there are other places I can take my business where I’m actually welcome as a customer. Rather than remove your outdated mask mandate signs from your window you would rather turn away customers. I walk this mall twice a day and the vast majority of businesses do not require this for vaccinated customers like myself. I realize you were probably catering to the woke science crowd, which is a real shame sense none of it is based on true science.

    Rude employees. There was no one in store & representative doesn’t even care to show us or help in any way. When asked questions did not have any clear answers or better suggestions!
