  Bought brand new glasses for over $200 and the guy cleaning them showed no respect for the purchase and rubbed them down so hard with the cloth that I heard cracking noises. Ridiculous location.

  The male employee named Rob was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t greet me, stared at me, and only said “What?!” before processing my return in silence with no explanation. He suddenly became talkative only when a female coworker came back from her break, showing he can speak normally but chooses not to with customers. Other Ray-Ban stores have treated me professionally, so this location seriously needs to improve its basic customer service and professionalism.

  I walked in with 15 minutes before close, I wasn’t trying to be “that guy” but so happy Natasha working inside was patient, professional, answered all my questions, and assisted me to solve my current rayban issue! I wanted to stay longer because their selection all over the store was hot! I’m going back to shop more before I fly back home!
