I had a great experience at Plato’s. I came here to sell some items. You put in your info into a screen then they text you to notify once they’re done going through your items. It took less than 10 minutes. In the meantime I shopped around the store. They have everything organized so well! From athletics to skirts to bathing suits and dressy tops, etc. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They have a nice dressing room in the back with many rooms available. I’ll definitely be back!

Not sure where the good reviews are coming from. Brought in two bags of clothes. The overall condition was good, and the brands were desirable. They looked at one bag, left the other untouched and passed on everything. We could tell, because the items in one bag were folded exactly how we originally had them. This was disappointing because we waited for about 40 minutes for nothing. It’s apparent as you roam through the aisles of Plato’s Closet that they overbuy, but that doesn’t justify the dismissiveness experienced here today. Worse yet: we asked them to take another look at the second bag of clothes. When they did, they ended up buying three pieces, so obviously that confirms that they never looked at it in the first place. So be warned: if you’re bringing in clothes to sell, make sure the employees have actually looked through them. Or, better yet, take them to Buffalo Exchange or Goodwill.

Always have a great experience at Plato’s Closet. Cole consistently provides exceptional service and is always helpful and easy to work with. Valeria was great as well—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth. Great staff and solid customer service all around. Definitely recommend.
