- JRJoel RawsonSep 26, 20264.0Amazed that this location is the smallest in the country.... great staff, amazing customer service... just lacking the inventory.
- HHhunterpassSep 19, 20265.0The staff was extremely helpful & knowledgable regarding selecting glasses, Especially regardiing the lenses. The optometrist, Michael, walked me through every step and was aware of options thaat other retailers are not. Awesome expearience! I am looking forward to the two pairs glasses they ordered for me.
- DDDonSep 6, 20265.0I had an absolute 10/10 experience at the Oakley Fashion Valley store. I was looking for a non-standard color combination, and the woman working behind the counter was incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to figure out a solution and perfectly satisfy my specific color request. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!
- XAxra arguAug 12, 20261.0I called ahead to let them know I was purchasing prescription Oakley glasses on the Oakley site and I wanted to know if they would measure my PD. The in-store rep said to come to the store and they could do the measurements there and place the order. I asked if they would match the online price and he said to bring in a screenshot of my cart from oakley.com. I took the screenshot and brought it with me. I took the time and gas to drive there. The in store price was $270 more than the online price and they would not even try to discount it at all. The rep lied to me, and wasted my time. Zero stars.
