  I have shopped here a few times and always seemed to be disappointed in finding clothes for me that were reasonably priced. Today, after looking for a while, I finally found a scarf. There was not another like it so I took the same brand and different color scary to the cashier as the one that wanted didn't have a price tag. The cashier took the scarf and told me that it was suppose to have two scarfs ( a double pack) but that one was missing. I told her that was fine as I only wanted the one that would go with my outfit. She told me that she could not sell it to me bc because it didn't have the other scarf. She was not helpful and did not explain or offer any options. I said " so you won't sell me an item at regular price, even though I understand I'm only getting half of the item, and that it is no fault of my own? " And she said " that's right". When I asked the reasoning behind that she just said " I can't sell it". Bad experience and although she was not rude, she was not helpful.

  I'm always impressed by the range of clothes and shoes at Nordstrom Rack. Lots of parking and worth it to get the credit card for discounts. Overpriced but worth it if you have a specific brand name item in mind.

  The store is well-organized and easy to browse. Judging by the reviews, customer service doesn't seem to be very good, but personally, I found it to be average so far.

  I've been shopping at Nordstrom Rack for years and have never returned or exchanged anything before. This was the first time I had a problem, and the way it was handled was extremely disappointing. I purchased a pair of boots for around $100. After wearing them, they caused severe pain in my foot to the point where I could barely continue walking. I called customer service and was told to contact the store directly. When I went to this Clairmont location, the employee I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. He didn't even look at the boots, ask any questions, or try to understand the issue. He simply acted like he didn't care and offered no solution. I called again afterward and was left on hold for nearly 15 minutes, only to be told there was nothing they could do. No effort was made to help a long-time customer who had a legitimate issue with a product. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I simply expected basic customer service and some willingness to help. Unfortunately, this location provided neither. Very disappointing experience.
