  William at Nordstrom UTC in Charlotte Tilbury counter was THE BEST!!! Amazing customer service experience. Not only was I serviced but several of us were and the job was outstanding. I will be back to shop with William again!!! THANK YOU for making me feel like a valued customer 🩷

  We went to look for baby strollers as we are having our first baby. We were really excited to learn about all of our options. There was one lady that was hasty on telling us to try them out as we please and that she would come back around to help us. Naturally, we had a lot of questions and I went to look for her and she was talking to her other 2 coworkers. 3 employees were at the counter and none came to assist us or talk to us. Also, another couple came after us and even when the lady told us that she would help us first she helped them first and not only that she had a long conversation with them, then she came to us and was very short on her answers as she wanted to quickly go back to her coworkers. We visited Friday the 25th of September around 4 pm. We are disappointed with the customer service.

  AWFUL SERVICE! I believe her name was Juana, and unfortunately, she was extremely rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. I can honestly say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Nordstrom. Customers should feel welcomed and respected, regardless of the situation. I sincerely hope corporate takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated. This experience was extremely disappointing and not at all what I’ve come to expect from Nordstrom.

  Ought items, drove 45 minutes home only to find security sensors on my items-another 2 hours to drive back, park remove tag and get home! Unacceptable!

  My partner and I visited the lingerie department today to find bras for her and no one came up us and offered help. One woman welcomed us to Nordstrom’s but did not ask if we needed any help. Then I asked a younger blonde woman if they still did fittings for bras and she. Said yes and turned back around to watch a dog. She never asked if she could help us with anything. The place has definitely changed for the worst. No one cares anymore about the customer, you’re on your own unless you look like you have a lot of money.
