  My partner and I visited the lingerie department today to find bras for her and no one came up us and offered help. One woman welcomed us to Nordstrom’s but did not ask if we needed any help. Then I asked a younger blonde woman if they still did fittings for bras and she. Said yes and turned back around to watch a dog. She never asked if she could help us with anything. The place has definitely changed for the worst. No one cares anymore about the customer, you’re on your own unless you look like you have a lot of money.

  I don’t normally post reviews, but Patrick at the women’s shoe department is so wonderful to be helped by. He’s attentive, thorough with his words, and kind. He even remembers us from previous visits! His kindness and hard work goes a long way and he makes the overall shopping experience nice. Awesome job!

  I don't normally shop at Nordstrom, but my experiences recently have made me happy enough to return! Monica in the women's department was lovely to talk to, made me feel comfortable, and was very attentive. It was the most pleasant and relaxed I've felt shopping in a long time. I also had accidentally left my bracelet in the dressing room, and was relieved that it was turned in. I appreciate the kindness and honesty of the associates here, and hope their professionalism is recognized!

  5 stars to Alex who helped us at the kids shoes department 20:45pm today 😊 actually me and my daughter were waiting to pay at the other cashier, but the customer in front of us really took forever!! Luckily Alex saw us, so he came to us and told us he could help us at his counter. When we finished, the previous cashier was still helping the same customer! I’m so glad Alex helped us otherwise we definitely had to wait at least 10 mins! Thank you Alex! I hope the management team could pass my appreciation to you 😄

  Excellent order pickup experience at Nordstrom La Jolla UTC. The process was fast, organized, and the staff was friendly, professional, and had my order ready within minutes. This is exactly how curbside and in-store pickup should work. I honestly think the Nordstrom Fashion location could learn a few order pickup tips and tricks from this team. It’s surprising how two stores under the same brand can deliver such different experiences. My same-day pickup at the Fashion location felt more like a three-star experience, while La Jolla UTC consistently delivers the five-star service I’ve come to expect from Nordstrom. Great job to the La Jolla UTC team….keep setting the standard!
