  I hate writing bad reviews but I’m really bummed about my experience. I came in looking for something to wear under my wedding dress to help give my bust a little boost. Everyone had such good things to say about coming here, I was expecting allot more. I don’t have much knowledge on shape wear/ or what I should wear under my wedding dress, so I thought I’d be able to ask for advice and have some help with options to play with. But all I got was two push up strapless bras and the worker who was rude, rolling her eyes at me, acting like I was inconveniencing her by asking for help and that I was dumb for not knowing… that didn’t make me feel great, especially when I’m shopping for something as special as my wedding. There was zero hospitality and very much a lack in service. I could have went to target if I wanted that experience. I went over to Giselle at Honey Birdette and got a MUCH better more hospitable experience. She made me truly feel like a bride, gave me complimentary champagne, and actually gave me direction on what I wanted. If you’re a bride, highly recommend skipping Nordstrom and going anywhere else.

  The staff here is incredible, I lost my scarf somewhere in the store and by the time I came back to retrace my steps it was no where to be found but several staff members were genuinely helpful and Andy was able to find it and returned it back to me maybe not even half an hour of losing it. Thank you guys for your kindness and willingness to help.

  Took me a while to find it--it had been moved since I was last there 8 yrs ago! Still the same fabulous store only 2 stories now.

  HORRIBLE!! Inquired about a certain women’s shoe and inventory before I drove 40 mins away. I spoke with Alexa and Anna. Alexa said they had it in the system but I told her I was driving far away if they can physically make sure. She said she had 2 clients she was helping and I would need to wait. Now Anna now came on the line and I told her to make sure because again I was driving far and she said yes they have it. Both of them while I was on the line told me that the store was closing at 9pm. I said I understand I will be there. I went there and they only had the left shoe! So Alexa and the other guy started to look for it (Anna was conveniently off already). They ended up not finding it! I spoke with Raul the manager of the night and he was not able to compensate any kind of gift card for this horrendous service! Also, me and Raul asked Alexa who helped me on the phone because I couldn’t think of Anna’s name at that moment, and Alexa wasn’t telling either one of us until minutes later! Why would an associate NOT answer the manager’s questions?! She should get fired for that! She showed no empathy and even was staring me down as I was getting more upset and when I left the store and had a blank stare at the manager who was trying to figure out the situation. Raul said he will let the store and district manager know and I hope I get come compensation back!!! They’re rushing me to hurry and they didn’t even have it!

  In preparation for a big life transition, my daughter and I booked a consultation with Heather Irwin, at Nordstrom UTC. Our experience with Heather was exceptional. She had prepared in advance for our visit, she listened carefully to what my daughter wanted, she guided us around the departments to get to know our preferences and to make some suggestions. When my daughter was trying everything on, she gave us time to make choices, she was there to support us without any type of pressure to purchase items. We loved all of the items we found and left with a great selection for my daughter’s capsule wardrobe. We couldn’t have done it without Heather! We really appreciate her and will definitely be back in the future.
