  Wonderful experience as usual. Went to pick up a product that I needed from my esthetician Linda, but she was not working tosay, so she left it for me and her co-worker Bernadette helped me and was just as nice. My transaction was smooth and quick which was great as I was on my lunch. Thank you ladies for making my experience Wonderful as always!

  Went with a friend to shop for “the mask” that’s trending, and some health and beauty products. The staff there are all so pleasant. Suzanne was very helpful & friendly to my friend Angie and myself. Karen in the Charlotte Tilbury cosmetic section was also very helpful and friendly and did an great job doing my friend’s makeup. They’re both so amazing.

  Nordstrom - Please, please, please install dedicated return stations for the sake of your customers and your staff. Customers are ignored or redirected by employees trying to make commission, and employees are trying to stay above water juggling sales and returns. Neither side is happy. Or change your return policy!

  Every time I am at this location there seems to be a lot of workers doing anything but offering to help. Chatting to each other, gossiping, complaining about working.. but only one in every 5 or so will ask if I need anything. I’m new to this location so I usually could use help with exactly where things are or am shopping for an event so I need a dressing room. This last time my husband and I were car seat and stroller shopping and were ignored by the staff for over 15 minutes. She made eye contact while helping another couple maybe 10 times but never once asked if we needed anything. And much of the time that couple was not asking her anything and talking among themselves, so she had the opportunity. None of the car seats or strollers had information cards attached so we couldn’t have helped ourselves if we tried. We left and went to Bloomingdale’s, very discouraged and not expecting much and had the exact opposite experience. Immediately greeted by the nicest staff, who were also busy helping a current customer but told us she would be right with us. They went above and beyond answering our questions, showing us how to test the different options, provided info packets, and even told of us ongoing and upcoming deals.
