  I went to this department store over the weekend to grab a few things for the house and ended up spending way more time there than I planned lol. The store was clean, shelves were pretty organized, and the workers actually seemed willing to help instead of avoiding customers. I asked one employee about a kitchen item and she walked me right over to it, which I appreciated. Prices were decent too, especially with the sale section near the back. Checkout line moved kinda slow at first but it picked up quick after another cashier opened. Overall it was a pretty solid shopping trip and I’d come back again.

  Mimi at the At Home department is excellent! She helped me monogram a Moleskin notebook with their monogramming machine and she was so kind to my dog! Five stars to her!! Otherwise, Not the best Nordstrom location, I prefer UTC. The alterations department here is so understaffed that any alteration or embroidery service takes a minimum of two weeks. They don’t care how small the job is, it is minimum two weeks. Last time I ordered some gifts for pickup and the only boxes they had available were huge

  JOEL in the Men’s Shoes department had a very rude and dismissive attitude towards my family. JOEL followed us very close around the men’s shoe department but only seemed interested in making a sale rather than actually helping. His attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and uncomfortable the entire time. Just standing very close to us with a visible attitude while handling the shoes and boxes and standing closely in silence waiting for us to make a purchase. He would address our questions with an attitude. Very unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I have worked as a salesperson, so I understand the difference between being attentive and making customers feel uncomfortable and being completely rude. I am a regular shopper in this department, but I would not want to be helped by JOEL in the future. One of the worst attitudes I’ve seen at this Nordstrom. As someone who frequently shops here, this Nordstrom has way too many entitled and rude salespeople

  I truly appreciate exceptional customer service, and Mina A. in the men's fragrance department consistently delivers a five star experience every single time. From the moment you walk up, she greets you with a genuine smile and makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I've purchased multiple Creed fragrances from her, and her knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality always stand out. She never makes you feel pressured and takes the time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. That level of service is hard to find nowadays. Because of the outstanding experiences I've had with Mina, I've confidently recommended her to my friends and family, and they've all had positive experiences as well

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Nordstrom. I purchased a pair of shoes in the morning from Jason, who was great—kind, helpful, and professional. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to try them on in-store. Within about three hours, after briefly trying them on indoors, I returned to exchange them for a larger size with my receipt clearly showing the same-day purchase. The woman who helped me (wearing a gray blazer, working 4/23/26) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly accused me of wearing the shoes longer than I had and loudly told other employees—and said within earshot of customers—that I was returning “dirty” shoes. This was completely untrue and embarrassing. She then refused to properly help and said I was “Jason’s problem.” On top of that, she pulled Jason away from helping another customer multiple times because she didn’t want to deal with me herself, which was inappropriate and unfair to both of us. This experience completely ruined my impression of Nordstrom. I won’t be returning.
