The best customer service and amazing energy! Daniel and Nina went above and beyond to help me find the bag I wanted. They are the type of people that really bring a brand to life. They make you feel cared for and valued as an individual.

Limited inventory, poor customer service, associates are sarcastic. They also charge you for the dust bag.

Horrible experience at this store twice while doing return for online purchase. I usually buy lot of michael kors products online and return to store for faster refunds. Michael Kors policy allows store to accept returns and issue refund on the spot. But this store dont do any in store return. They are always reluctant, dont want to take headache of refund and always send product through UPS. We have done many instore returns through fashion valley stores and it was much more efficient than this store. Atleast I expect this store to obey the policies set by Michael kors and accept returns like other stores do.

Many of the latest Mk bags & a handful of the top styles for women. ( Don't remember about the men's items.)

Very bad service and experience in this store. The sales had bad attitude for online order returned. Even store manager was putting me off when I complained.
