  Terrible customer service. the manager was very rude and dismissive. also when i made the purchase of my purse, the associate cut off the tag on her own. That’s why when i went back to return the bag because i wanted to upgrade the size they didn’t want to take it back. This was really upsetting and the manager had so much attitude and made me feel embarrassed.

  I had the best experience here during the bark jacobs event thanks to Alyssa. I was running late due to traffic and Alyssa was able to accommodate me. She helped me pick the perfect bag and I'm in love. Thank you Alyssa and Marc jacobs.

  If I could give them 0 starts I would. First I went to the Fashion Valley Location “Eduardo” the manager helped me exchange the item and I got two items which I still needed $45 dllrs more to spent, they wanted to issue me a gift card but I asked for my money back to my debit card. They refused to give me my money back of 45 dllrs this is insane. Definitely not spending my money at Marc Jabos. Think twice before buying from here.

  Macal was so helpful and patient with me. He gave me the best suggestions so that I made the right choice and I left happy as ever with my new bag and plan on returning for a second one!
