  This is one of the better lululemon locations I’ve visited. The store was fully stocked with a great selection of sizes and colors, and the staff was genuinely helpful without being pushy. 🛍️ They were happy to help find different sizes and styles, which made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely a location I’ll return to.

  Today I went around 1-2 o clock got helped by this young lady around 25 I believe. She asked me for my email if I had an account with them, I was spelling out my email, and due to the fact that the store was loud she kept getting my email wrong. Which I understood and comprehended, she didn’t thank me for my patients nor was I concerned she didn’t, but then as soon as she puts my receipt in my bag makes a snarky comment, she couldn’t understand me because of my accent. I don’t have an accent even if I did it’s not a pleasant comment to make to someone. I wish they would work on their customer service, and be more inviting to purchasing customers that was just trying to get out of the store as soon as possible. Hope you guys know how to train your employees before it could start a bigger argument due to back handed comments. Won’t be shopping in this location anymore!!!

  I had the absolute best experience at LuLu when I visited here during my vacation. The store is so clean and the staff was so friendly. Lupe was amazing - she answered all my questions, brought me multiple items to try on, and was super positive. Great place to shop!

  This is the second time I purchased an item at the Fashion Valley location that was previously washed. The tank top I bought today smells softner and I paid full price for an item already worn! :( Staff is very helpful hence the 2 stars.

  I called this lululemon and left a msg to call me, surprisingly the very next morning (July 4th) a lady named CLAIRE (spelling?) called me back and went beyond providing me great customer service, I haven’t had proper customer service in years from any store so truly appreciated it (hence the review). She provided credit and sent me a new tank top in time for my trip as I didn’t want to drive back again. NOTE: I called lululemon MAIN customer service and the rep wasn’t helpful at all! In fact she hung up! I will be writing to them about this experience.
