- HHHelen HostetlerSep 18, 20265.0Plenty of parking. I always can find items to purchase. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have to give kudos to one staff member who went above and beyond finding an item I couldn't find in my size and she did. Her name is Parveen, an excellent employee.
- MSMary SturhannSep 9, 20265.0I've found many good deals at the Fashion Valley JCP store. I needed things right away. You get to touch the fabric and no wasted time for shipping.
- LMLorraine MontgomerySep 4, 20261.0So incredibly disappointed with the customer service at the Fashion Valley JC Penney store. If I could give no stars I would. Tonight I found an item on the Penney's website on sale. Instead of going through the trouble of ordering online and waiting for it to be processed and mailed, I drove to the store so I can actually pick it up the same day. When I arrived, I found the item immediately but the price was more expensive than online. I asked the associate if they would price match, he said he didn't think so. I mentioned that I specifically came to that store to pick up this item and that I would really appreciate it if they could. He asked another associate, she didn't know. They called some other guy who was "in charge" He said they don't price match online prices. What?! It's the same store right? They would rather lose a sale than price match. Worst customer service EVER! No wonder they are closing down. Penney's you have to do better than this! I ended up going to a different chain store that price matched the Penney's price. "Big mistake, Big!"
