- JMJess Mendoza3 days ago1.0Yesterday I witness 4-5 JCPennys Loss Prevention employees assault a shoplifter outside the store by the parking lot. This is by far the worst case of assault that I’ve witness. The man was wrong for what he did but an employee should NOT take the law into their own hands! The man was pleading for them to not touch him, to call the police instead . I have the full video. JCPenney’s , you need to do better with training! This is not right.

- SJSeror Al JuboriJun 26, 20261.0Worst customer service and management ever, the entire team is stupid and have no clue what are they doing one if the managers there his name is Nick followed me outside thinking that I did not pay for the luggage I purchased and accusing me of stealing and touching my shoulder without even asking for the receipt to confirm, then I showed him the receipt that I paid for the items!!! Of course he looked dump and stupid and tried to apologize for me! I don’t know who trained him but they need to check this guy behavior he will get the whole store sued one day, very unprofessional and stupid team!.

I went to men's not much help up there but I was able to find 3 business shirts for my husband. I came back down to check out with Laura because of her willingness to help. I did mention this to her supervisor that was helping her with the line. Laura never got overwhelmed, she just kept a smile and helped the customers. Customer service is rare but not here with Laura.
