  Walking in, I can honestly say I felt much less intimidated than I usually do at Victoria’s Secret. That was really my only point of comparison, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated that no one made me feel pressured to buy more than I needed. Khalea helped me with my purchase, and she was very knowledgeable about the products. Since I haven’t really shopped at other lingerie stores, this felt like a refreshing and positive experience. I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were comparable to Victoria’s Secret, but I actually liked the fit here even better. The fabrics felt softer and more comfortable, and I loved the variety of options available, including microfiber, silk, and modal. I ended up going with the Elena bra. I usually go for push-up styles, but this one was even better..it gave a natural lift without the need for extra padding. They also have great deals. I snagged five mix-and-match panties for $35, which felt like a steal. The designs are simple yet elegant…exactly how lingerie should be: classy and comfortable. I left feeling like I found a new favorite place to shop. I’ll definitely be back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Intimissimi UTC store. I came in during my workday because the underwire in my bra had broken and I needed a replacement quickly. I specifically told the salesperson I was looking for bras made of natural fibers because I’m trying to replace my wardrobe with natural materials. She assured me that all Intimissimi’s products were natural fiber, helped me pick out a few styles, and even brought me another bra to try on. Based on those representations, I purchased multiple bras. At checkout, I was told I could return the items if the tags were attached, or receive store credit if they were not. When I got home and checked the labels, I discovered the bras contained no natural fiber at all — they were made entirely of polyester and elastane. I returned to the store less than a week after purchasing, and was told I could not return any of the items, including two unworn bras with tags still attached. Even more frustrating, I was told I could not even exchange them for something else. The store even had signage clearly identifying cotton and silk items as natural fiber options, which made it especially confusing that I was directed toward products made entirely of synthetic materials. What made this even worse is that the salesperson who sold me the bras was the manager, Yelena, and she was the one refusing the return. This directly contradicted what I was told at the time of purchase and appears inconsistent with Intimissimi’s stated policy allowing returns of tagged items within 30 days. Instead of acknowledging that I had been misled about the fabric content, I was told the bras were “naturally derived,” which is misleading and not at all the same thing as being made from natural fibers. I was sold products based on false information about the materials and then denied both a return and even an exchange when I tried to fix the issue almost immediately. The entire experience was frustrating, and a huge inconvenience. I would strongly recommend that anyone shopping here to avoid being upsold by the unknowledgeable, misleading salespeople at this store.

  ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Consistently, extremely poor service! They consistently hang up when you call. Rude and unprofessional. Always ignore the customers in the store. Why do they still have a job? Why do the managers ignore customer complaints? I can think of one reason, which would be improper to mention here. Hopefully, the management will soon get rid of them and replace them with decent, professional people.

  . I absolutely love this store; my most beautiful pieces are from there. My man loves them too. The quality is truly Italian and exceptional. The customer service is excellent. I was surprised to see a few negative reviews, because I consider this one of the best lingerie brands in Europe.

  I enjoy quality stuff, and I get great customer service here with prompt help with sizing and colors. Vlada was really helpful locating all the sizing and models I wanted to try.
