  Ruined Mother’s Day! My daughter ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a balloon for about $77-they were promised to be delivered by 5pm. They did not arrive until 9:40pm and were left on our doorstep in the middle of the night. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY-the strawberries were rotten-even tasted like alcohol because they were so old. NEVER AGAIN!

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service. I placed an order for 2 items on May 9. Only one item was delivered. I called them May 10 stating I only received 1 of the 2 items I paid for- the male store manager (I assume) told me that they must’ve made a mistake because there are a large amount of orders they’re dealing with during Mothers Day. He said that he will send one of the delivery drivers to send the gift on May 10. I said I wanted either an email or text confirmation that states all of this and he said there’s no need he’ll take care of it. Like an idiot I said okay. It is now May 11 and I still haven’t received the 2nd item I PAID for. I’ve called the store today numerous times and it keeps sending me to voicemail. I’ve filled out their order inquiry twice and have still received no feedback from them. I want my money back or for the second item to be delivered as I paid for and as the male store owner stated! As of May 11 2026 this issue is still unresolved.

  Absolutely unfortunate my husband spent over $140.00 on a birthday arrangement for me. It was supposed to be delivered to my work by surprise. Not only did it never show up the driver called me. 3:58pm when im off at 4pm . To let me know he was gonna be late. Completely ruining the surprise. Not only that, my husband had been calling them since noon and they told him it was delivered and they have pictures.( when he requested to see them, they never sent them to his email)And it was left at the front desk. Remind you I work in a bottle shop.There is no desk anywhere. Absolutely unprofessional.The lady completely lied over the phone.She had no idea where the arrangement was. There were not on time. My husband ordered this two weeks in advance to make sure they wouldn't mess it up. Just a very unprofessional and ill run location. You know it's bad when this is my first yelp/ go to google review i've ever done. I do not recommend this place at all.Especially if it's for a birthday surprise....

  Unfortunate. Ordered matcha dipped strawberries and they were delivered as white chocolate and I was still charged Matcha price. Strawberries came pretty wrecked and brown leaves. No way this was worth 90$ (123$ for delivery). Also promised 1 hour delivery and after I paid was told “1 hour delivery is not available”. Nice

  Very annoying, I placed an order at 9:30am, I spoke to the person working there, was told that the order would arrive around 2pm. The order finally arrived at 5pm once my girlfriend already left for the day. So now, the front desk person has a small arrangement and some flowers that I paid $150+ for. What a waste.
