I'm not normally one to complain, but I wasn't happy with what happened yesterday. My wife was having a bad morning. I wanted to do something nice for her to cheer her up. She left for work and I placed an online order at 8am for a small fruit arrangement to be delivered to her at her work I specifically picked one that had a 1 hour delivery option, but there was no option for that on the website (that I saw) so I called the store at 9am when they opened to see about upgrading my order to the expedited delivery. I wanted it to get there to surprise her in the morning. The manager said she had to check something in the system, and check with the drivers, and that she would call me back within the hour with an update. I didn't hear anything by 10am. At 10:30am, I called back. I checked my order status and the delivery hadn't even started being assembled yet. I talked to the manager again. She still was very vague and passive and I said the whole point of this order was that she would get it in the morning to make her morning better. I said by 10:30, if they hadn't even started assembling it, and the it would still need to be sent out for delivery, it was looking like it wouldn't be getting there anytime soon. I said I wanted to just cancel my order and get a refund. She said I couldn't. I said, they haven't even started making my order yet, why can't I cancel. She didn't have a good answer and just said corporate doesn't allow cancellations within 24 hours (which is stupid because I placed my order online that day at 8am and so there would be never a way to cancel it at all if that is the policy). Anyways, she said she talked to the driver. They were going to get it out on the first delivery at 11am. It would probably get there by 12. I didn't have much of an option, so I said fine. Not ideal, but ok. She said she would call me back with updates. I never heard from her. I checked my order status online multiple times and by 1 pm, my order was still showing that it was not even being assembled yet, let alone out for delivery. I gave up. The special surprise I wanted for the morning was ruined. My wife finally texted me when she got back from her lunch at 2:30 that she had received the order. She was surprised and loved the thought, and the fruit was tasty, but the whole point for me doing this was so she would have it in the morning. I was willing to pay extra for the expedited service, but kept being dismissed. I hate to have to leave a bad review, but $40 total for a small fruit arrangement is not cheap and I won't be ordering from them again.

My boyfriend surprised me with two items, but to my surprise it was the worst bouquet set up ever, the cover chocolate strawberries were melted and the fruit was warm and did not look fresh at all, not worth 189.00 dollars, if there was a Zero star I would chose it because it does not deserve no stars at ALL.

I wish I had seen this reviews before ordering. They are true. Do not order from this location. Extremely rude staff. The lady named Erica kept lying she could not hear me when the person who handed her my call could hear me just fine. The order will not show up on time and they are not accommodating or concerned at all. Extremely unprofessional service

Adding my voice to the chorus of "this place is terrible" - The recipient sent me a picture of the delivery. There was no chocolate cake. There was no smiley face balloon. There were a scant 6 pieces of fruit, not 9 as pictured. None were chocolate dipped. They were not presented in a cute red tin, but wrapped in paper. The "bouquet" was a laughable single long stem rose jammed in a tiny vase. This was for a sick woman's 79th birthday. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
