We walked into DSW in Mission Hills at the very last minute, a mother and daughter desperately searching for the perfect pair of shoes, and Ari never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. He was patient, genuinely kind, attentive, and gave us exceptional service right up until closing. That level of professionalism says a lot about Ari and about the standard of service at this location. Corporate should be proud to have him representing DSW. Ari absolutely deserves recognition.
