  The worst experience from an unprofessional staff. My friend just tried on 3 pairs of shoes and she still couldn’t decide which one to get. But a short hair with green highlight girl just told my friend “ so u just wasted our time” when my friend told her she’ll get it later online. We all gasped!!! How can someone work at retail with that mindset!

  I came in to return a pair of Mary Janes but was told they could not take “worn shoes” and would not refund my money. I bought them in that exact same condition a month ago and assumed that was just what they looked like. The only times I wore them were to walk around my house a little to try to break them in. It seems like a scam…once you wear them at all they won’t accept a refund? I don’t blame the cashier cause she was just doing her job but this is a ridiculous policy. Enjoy my $150… I will never be buying Doc Marten shoes again.
