  Really disappointing experience at Dior Fashion Valley. I walked in to browse and lightly touched one of the bags, and an employee immediately came over and adjusted it right after me. Meanwhile, other customers were freely looking at and touching items. The whole interaction gave off a very judgmental, ‘you probably can’t afford to shop here’ kind of vibe, and it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand this is a luxury store and displays are kept a certain way, but customers should still be able to browse without feeling watched or looked down on. Definitely not the level of service I would expect from Dior.

  Just walked out of there, they need to hire better sales professionals. There is a girl with thick brows and tall I did not catch her name. She cut me off when I was asking if a specific item was in store. In a rudely manner. If you’re selling luxury items, maybe represent the store better ? I went about my way and ignored her and started checking out the footwear. She then proceeds to follow me around and try to not make it obvious. Quickly walked out, I’m not spending my money where I am being watched every step. Not sure if she thought I was going to steal, which would be ridiculous since I was holding on to my shopping bags, I was clearly a costumer and was not treated like one. I never have this experience when entering Gucci, CH or Louis Vuitton at the Fashion Valley mall.
