  Went it to pick up a bracelet today, I asked if I could get my jewelry cleaned (DY bracelet and ring) Sales associate said it would be a 30min wait due to having customers waiting. Everyone was being helped. Will absolutely take my business elsewhere

  Kitcia is absolutely incredible. She helped me pick out the perfect chain and bracelet, and her eye for style + patience made the whole experience feel easy and personal. What really blew me away was the aftercare when I needed to get a bigger chain and she went above and beyond to make sure it was handled quickly and perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you want someone who treats you like family and not just a sale, ask for Kitcia. She’s the reason I’ll be back for all my jewelry needs!
