  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brilliant Earth, and Sonder was a huge reason why. He was truly a 10/10 from start to finish. Choosing a forever wedding band is such a meaningful decision, and Sonder made the entire process feel comfortable, exciting, and completely pressure-free. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, helped me understand the different styles and qualities available, and ultimately helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for in a ring I’ll wear for the rest of my life. What stood out most was how thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested he was in helping me find the right band—not just making a sale. I left the consultation feeling confident and excited about my decision. If you’re visiting Brilliant Earth and have the opportunity to work with Sonder, I cannot recommend him highly enough.   Went it to pick up a bracelet today, I asked if I could get my jewelry cleaned (DY bracelet and ring) Sales associate said it would be a 30min wait due to having customers waiting. Everyone was being helped. Will absolutely take my business elsewhere

  Kitcia is absolutely incredible. She helped me pick out the perfect chain and bracelet, and her eye for style + patience made the whole experience feel easy and personal. What really blew me away was the aftercare when I needed to get a bigger chain and she went above and beyond to make sure it was handled quickly and perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. If you want someone who treats you like family and not just a sale, ask for Kitcia. She’s the reason I’ll be back for all my jewelry needs!
