  San Diego Location not recommended shopped at many Stores but this one the staff lacks genuine urgency. Too relaxed and not the level of attention and service expected at the boutique. I wanted a particular size in a specific style when they located a potential pair they said probably not available. I asked if I could know what location possibly had it and they said Wynn Las Vegas. I requested if they could possibly call. That was the first red flag. I had to ask they didn’t bother calling or offer to check. They said sure went to the back and came back out and said they didn’t answer. I asked if they could follow up and give me an update. I went back the following day for another item at a different store and decided to check in since I was nearby. They called and said still at store but on hold for a VIC and if they decided not to purchase they placed a second hold for me and I would get the shoe. The next day I was called and said good news available asked if I wanted it delivered to my home or store. I got the email link paid immediately. I waited a few days and called to check if my shoes were on the way. I text the rep and was told they would check and got ghosted so I called the store and I was told the person who took my order would get back to me because they were off. I felt something was wrong. But gave the benefit of the doubt. Why couldn’t they tell me if they were on the way? A day later I’m told “Hi Olivia, I apologize for the delay I was trying to see if there was anywhere else where we could get the shoe from but unfortunately it looks like someone beat us to the shoe, so your order automatically went into backorder. after seven days if the shoes do not become available again for your order to be fulfilled. You will be automatically refunded back to your payment method. I’m really sorry about that. I will keep an eye out in case they do become available again.” They dropped the ball and then lied blaming it on the system. Ridiculous and just plain low level service knowing that this was important and only 1 available the lack of urgency and follow up highly frustrating and disappointing. Honestly I was so excited and now I am infuriated and just don’t ever want to do business at this location and hope they see my review and learn to become better so that they live up to the level of service expected at a designer store. All my concierge at other stores would never they really set the bar high and they treat me like family.

  I have to give a shoutout to Sammy, who went above and beyond in making sure I got my hands on the Cassia lace ups that I had been eyeing on for months and finally came back into stock. He helped me find the right size and color, and he showed me how to tie the perfect bow. When I came back a few days later because I wanted another pair in their signature red, he welcomed me back like an old friend and ordered them for me straight from the warehouse so I could guarantee that I’d be the first ones wearing them! Sammy has exceedingly amazing product knowledge in addition to his attention to detail regarding what styles would suit me best according to my personal taste and lifestyle. I’ve shopped at the South Coast Plaza location, but I can’t wait to be back to the Fashion Valley boutique, all thanks to Sammy’s wonderful and friendly assistance!

  Finally—a Christian Louboutin boutique in San Diego! Conveniently located at Fashion Valley Mall, it’s a much-needed addition for local fans who no longer have to make the drive to South Coast Plaza. The store is beautifully designed with the signature red—you can't miss it. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. The staff are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, approachable, and genuinely friendly. Overall, just great energy and a team that clearly loves what they do. They offer a solid selection of both men’s and women’s shoes, along with some accessories.
