  TIP TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are so sweet and accommodating that I came back the very next day to make a few purchases! The first time I walked in the store, they greeted me and offered me to browse freely and I didn’t feel obligated at all. I was freely roaming and them informing me details of the products. I didn’t even buy anything on the first time I went in and they offered water to me and my pup. I knew at that point, I will come back for the wallet I was eyeing. The very next day, sure enough I picked up the wallet and texted Yoli to prepare the wallet for check out. She offered to browse more products and offered me back door insights of the other bags that were not displayed. She was very patient with my ever changing mind🤣 the manager Benny was letting her do her thang and I love that. He was just there if there was any questions. Overall, great experience. I will definitely return to this store! I love Celine and the way the SAs made me feel during my visit!

  I am very sad because I bought the product and wanted to bring it back to fix it. They said they could not fix it. And the customer service attitude is not there. If you want to use a brand, you should think carefully.

  I’m thrilled that San Diego finally has a Celine store! I recently visited for assistance with an issue regarding a purchase from a different Celine store in Paris. Blake was incredibly helpful in resolving the matter quickly, for which I was very grateful. On my second visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Yoli and Benny—both of whom were equally delightful and ensured I had a fantastic shopping experience. The customer service here is truly exceptional. I can’t wait to return for my next bag purchase!
