  Today I visited this location, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I’ve had. When I entered the store, an associate made eye contact with me but did not acknowledge or greet me. I spent time browsing and was never approached or offered assistance. Customer engagement appeared to be completely absent. After finding a shirt I was interested in, I noticed it was dirty. When I asked an associate if there were any additional sizes or clean replacements available, she responded abruptly that “everything we have is out” and immediately walked away. While I understand that inventory can be limited, what was most disappointing was the lack of effort to help find a solution. A simple offer to check inventory, place an order, or suggest a similar item would have demonstrated a commitment to customer service. The larger issue is that this experience reflects a potential training and culture problem. Customers should feel welcomed, valued, and supported when they shop. Instead, I felt like my questions were an inconvenience. Unfortunately, no employees were wearing visible name tags, making it impossible to identify who assisted me. Poor customer service impacts more than a single sale, it affects customer loyalty, and a company’s reputation. Many customers who have a negative experience share it with friends, family, and online reviews. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in additional customer service training so future customers receive the level of service they expect and deserve.

  I tried to exchange two pair of pants. The guy at the cashier ordered the wrong pants. When I asked him to fix the mistake he told me I had to go back in line. I asked for the manager and another person helped me out. She again ordered the wrong pants. I will now have to go to the store to return them. I will never shop in this store again

  Unfortunately, my visit to this store was a disappointment. The customer service was subpar, with no one offering to help me locate what I was looking for. To make matters worse, some staff members seemed more interested in their personal conversations than assisting customers. I didn't feel welcome and decided to leave.

  Location is wrong on Maps. It’s on the opposite side of the mall. Wouldn’t let me do an exchange after 6 PM Even though they close at 9 pm.

  This store is amazing! I love the layout and absolutely every single person working there is incredible. Esmerelda helped me find the perfect bra for my shape and size and Erin was so amazingly sweet and kind when I was checking out! What an incredible staff and experience at this location, I can’t wait for my next paycheck and another visit to this location!
