  I recently stopped by the ALO store at Fashion Valley and had such a great experience. As someone who can be particular about how clothing fits, I really appreciated the time and attention I received from Paloma, the manager on duty, and Cheyenne. They were both incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find pieces that fit well and made me feel confident. They helped me pick out the right sizes in several T-shirts and shorts, and they weren’t just trying to make a sale—they really listened to what I was comfortable wearing and made thoughtful recommendations based on my body type. By the time I left, I felt great about my purchases and even more confident wearing the brand. What also stood out was the overall atmosphere of the store. It was clean, organized, and every team member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. You can tell the staff enjoys helping customers and takes pride in creating a positive experience. Thank you, Paloma and Cheyenne, for making what could have been a quick shopping trip into such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back and look forward to shopping here again.

  Great store with excellent customer service! The new manager paluma is amazing and has created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere. I always enjoy shopping here and highly recommend it.thank you

  Super crap for customer service. Essentially non-existent you're better off ordering online and having it shipped to your house because they won't help you in store. They act like they're beneath then and anybody working on Monday, June 8th, 2026 in the afternoon about 4:30 p.m. should be looked into for really not offering a top-tier experience to people paying premium dollars for an item that they want. It just seems a bit unfair and kind of a complete disappointment

  Makes no sense why you have 100 people working in the store but only one person working the register as the line grows. Every time in this place. Enough I will no longer buy the cloths here.
