  Makes no sense why you have 100 people working in the store but only one person working the register as the line grows. Every time in this place. Enough I will no longer buy the cloths here.

  Garbage staff and customer service. The brand should fire the entire staff! I bet they would double their sales instantly!!

  I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but all the reviews about poor customer service at this store are accurate. Online ordering is a mess. No one at the store knows what's going on. Reps are rude and unhelpful. Placed an online order for same day pickup on a Sunday at 7am. Got the email on a Wednesday that it's now ready to pickup after I've already canceled the order because the manager said "we can't possibly process all same day orders"

  ALO es una tienda para gustos caros 🤣🤣🤣🤣. El personal muy amable y profesional. No estaba muy surtida en cuanto a tenis, en cambio respecto a ropa si había una amplia oferta para mujeres y hombres.

  ★★★☆☆ Alo Fashion Valley store is beautiful and the merch looks great, but my visit was a little awkward. I came in looking for a specific shoe and they didn’t have it. Men’s options were pretty limited, but I expected that so no big deal. The weird part: I guess I was dressed similar to staff, because multiple customers kept asking me questions thinking I worked there. People seemed offended when I said I didn’t. Meanwhile the actual staff barely acknowledged me — maybe they were confused too. Store is nice, product looks solid, but the service/experience was off this time. Hoping it was just a one-off day
