  Clearly everyone who works at this location hates their job. I’ve never been treated so poorly at an ALO. No greeting, no smiles, no offer to assist. Do better!

  The clothes might be good but the staff at this store is least helpful. I waited 20 mins for them to go get my size from the back and then was asked to come back in 30 mins. Had 2 other things already picked out so left them with them at the counter. Came back after 45 mins and they still didn’t get it. I just skipped all 3 pieces and grabbed stuff from vuori because this was the vibe 2 other times with this store and alo sizes can vary so I prefer trying them on. Never going back because of horrible customer service.

  Service super rude - the ladies in the front just gossip while customers pass, needing their help. More than anything, it feels like we’re interrupting their yap sessions. Overall will not be coming here and better off shopping elsewhere or online.

  Woww!! I am actually shocked by alot of the negative comments on here! I come to this location alot because I live within walking distance from the mall. The staff were always super nice to me, even on days when I just got out of my research lab or my internship at the wolf center (Probably smell like wolves!!) and look horrible! They always greet me when I walk in, and I like that they leave me alone. I do exchanges sometimes because I don’t like trying on stuff and I don’t have any problems with it, they were always nice about it. The only thing I will say is to not do those online order/in store pickup. They’re not Lululemon, it could take a while, so you’re better off just show up and buy it on the spot. This happens at Fashion and Carlsbad too, so it might like a company wide issue? Other than that, my experience at this Alo has been quite decent so far. I don’t expect much, more of a grab and go person.

  Pants were miss-sized, nubs all over fabric. Customer service does not exist at UTC store. Manager provided no solutions and left me with defective merchandise. I will never shop at ALO again. Over priced, poor customer service and sub-par merchandise
