Alo Yoga has two locations in San Diego—Fashion Valley and UTC. My brother and I visited the UTC location to explore the men's collection, and it turned out to be a great experience. Shopping with my brother always makes outings more enjoyable, and we had a great time checking out the latest styles together.
The store offers a well-curated selection of men's activewear and lifestyle pieces, making it easy to find items that are both comfortable and stylish. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Their product knowledge and willingness to assist created a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience. Overall, our visit to the UTC location was memorable, and we look forward to return. Situated at 4303 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite N2112, the store features Alo’s signature collection of premium activewear, lifestyle apparel, and wellness-inspired essentials. Whether you’re looking for performance pieces for your workout or stylish athleisure for everyday wear, the UTC location provides a curated selection in a sleek, contemporary setting. Its convenient location within Westfield UTC makes it an ideal stop while exploring the mall’s diverse mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
The Alo Men's Collection combines performance, comfort, and modern style to support an active lifestyle both inside and outside the gym. Designed with premium fabrics and innovative construction, the collection features versatile essentials including training shirts, joggers, shorts, hoodies, outerwear, and everyday basics. Each piece is crafted to deliver freedom of movement, breathability, and durability while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Whether you're heading to a workout, traveling, or enjoying a casual day out, the Alo Men's Collection offers elevated activewear that seamlessly transitions from fitness to daily life.

Visited this ALO store today with my mom and sisters, and the experience was honestly reprehensible from the moment we walked in. As soon as we entered, the employee on the right side of the store, a bearded male employee (whose coworkers strangely refused to identify by name), looked directly at us and couldn’t even offer a simple greeting or ask if we needed assistance.
Instead, he chose to spend his time joking around and laughing with another employee near the fitting rooms while completely ignoring customers in the store. What stood out most wasn’t just the lack of professionalism, but the attitude behind it, the kind of energy that makes it OBVIOUS someone is unhappy with themselves and taking it out through lazy, dismissive behavior at work.
It’s genuinely confusing what ALO is paying certain employees to do if basic customer service and professionalism are apparently optional.
Customers are the reason businesses stay open, employees get paid, and yes, even the clothes employees wear for work are free! A little professionalism and respect toward shoppers should not be so hard to provide from a brand that markets itself as a premium lifestyle brand.
I have no interest in continuing to support a store that allows employees to behave carelessly and dismissively while customers are actively shopping. ALO may want to remember that brand image is built not only by the clothes, but by the people representing it. Today’s experience reflected poorly on both.
0/5 stars, not 1/5!
Train your employees please to be generally nice to people!!! My friend went to return clothes in store and was treated with eye rolls and 0% cooperation of any willingness to exchange. It’s freaking 2026 and yet people don’t know how to do business. Don’t treat your customers as dumb people. Otherwise u are losing business and will eventually go out of business. BTW Lululemon/ Uniqlo has way better customer shopping experiences and they are right next door… wake up ! And please don’t hire any mean people to do customer service. If u have to hire them, send them to warehouse. Gosh!

To begin with, you advertise 2-day delivery for A-List customers, but conveniently fail to mention that this only applies within the United States. Here in Spain, I’ve been waiting at least FIFTEEN days for my package.
My order was supposed to be delivered on the 21st, but FEDEX changed the delivery date to the 20th on the very same morning, and I was not at home. They failed to deliver the package, and now they expect me to go pick it up in the middle of nowhere.
On top of that, your customer service is terrible. I tried contacting support through the chat and spent MORE THAN AN HOUR waiting for a reply without getting any response at all.
You seriously need to improve your customer support if you do not want to keep losing customers the way you just lost me. I was a new customer, placed two orders with you on the same day, and was planning to buy more in the future. Instead, I’ll be purchasing from competitors who not only offer better prices, but also cause me far fewer headaches.
Shame on you, Alo.
I came in today to return some items and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members — a white girl with long hair. She was extremely unprofessional and had a rude attitude toward customers. She didn’t even properly check whether all of my returned items were accounted for before walking away and leaving another employee to handle the situation.
I’ve shopped at Alo for many seasons and spent a lot of money here because I genuinely loved the brand. But experiences like this make me not want to wear or continue supporting Alo anymore. Customer service matters just as much as the products, and today’s experience was unacceptable.
