  This is officially my go to flower shop from now on! I walked in needing something special and the customer service was next-level. Fiona gave me the most amazing help picking out the perfect flowers. She was so sweet and knowledgeable! Bree the blonde girl working there, was also spectacular. She helped put everything together and made sure the final arrangement looked absolutely breathtaking.Fiona and Bree are a total dream team. They made me feel so welcome and truly care about making their customers happy. Go check them out you won't be disappointed!

  Absolutely beautiful flower bouquet called “Sunset” , my friend was ecstatic to receive it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I paid extra to have this delivered “by 5pm” - which did not happen. Even though it was only half hour late, I found that disappointing to have paid that extra $20.

  Save your money. I dropped over $150 on a floral arrangement for my wife, expecting a high-quality bouquet that would last at least 5 days (that's Allen's promise)! The flowers were delivered around noon on a Friday. By Monday, they were already noticeably wilted, and by Tuesday, one of the peonies was literally disintegrating. I know cut flowers don't last forever, but less than 3 days for a premium arrangement is a complete joke. What makes this whole experience even worse is their non-existent customer service. Since I couldn't exactly return a vase of rotting flowers, I called the shop three times. I was brushed off and told to email support. I followed up and emailed three separate times to two different addresses, clearly asking for a refund and providing photographic proof of the dead flowers (see photo attached to this review). They completely ghosted me. Not a single reply or attempt to make things right. If you are going to charge top dollar, you should deliver a quality product and actually stand behind it when things go wrong. Take your business somewhere else; plenty of better florists in San Diego.

  Really??? Pathetic arrangement for $200. I could have arranged a better bouquet from TJs for $25. Customer service was nada.
