  This place is the bomb. If you are busy and need flowers as a gift, PLEASE use these folks. Trust me, I send flowers A LOT, and these people go above and beyond. My orders are always delivered the same day and what florist do you know of who gives you reward points? Im a forever customer.

  I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered today. I beautiful $200 arrangement and added a $25 tip. They simple did not deliver the flowers. Just completely forgot the order. I have an online order receipt. There is simply no excuse. I'm so deeply disappointed. You cannot run a business with such an important service and be this careless. Shameful.

  This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a floral company. The premium bouquet of flowers was $199.00 which included delivery. The flowers arrived and I was disappointed with the arrangement. I contacted the company and they agreed to send another arrangement. I later found out that they sent the standard size instead of the premium size. They recognized their mistake and refunded me the difference. I will never use this company again.
