  Allen’s never disappoints. I’ve been sending flowers to my daughter and son-in-law every year for their anniversary. Yesterday was their 23rd and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and she loved them.. I was so glad I was able to find a bouquet that had all her favorites.

  The picture of the flowers I ordered online had yellow lilies. I did not see any lilies in the arrangement. Also the delivery charge for literally down the street to the mortuary was excessive. The bow looked a little mashed in the arrangement. For what I paid for the arrangement, I was a little disappointed. UPDATE 10-05-26: I was recently contacted by the owner of the shop regarding the concerns I had previously shared. I truly appreciated that she took the time to personally address my concerns and make an effort to resolve them. I wanted to recognize the excellent customer service I received in the follow-up. Their response showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and their experience. Based on how they handled the situation, I would be comfortable using their services again and would recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business.

  R receive flowers kind of beat up and disheveled definitely not the same quality as the first time I ordered this arrangement definitely not worth $300 in this kind of shape two days later flowers are bruised and falling apart

  My friends were overwhelmed with the flowers and I was thrilled to see that the actual arrangement was larger and more stunning than pictured on the website. Thank you so much!
