  For a brand that charges premium prices, I’d expect a premium shopping experience. Instead, walking into this outlet felt more like browsing a flea market than a high-end athletic apparel store. The layout was messy, the presentation lacked any sense of quality, and there was nothing inviting about the experience. If you’re going to charge Lululemon prices, at least make the store feel like a Lululemon store. This outlet needs a serious upgrade.

  I had such an amazing experience at the lululemon Outlet San Clemente! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The store was very organized, the atmosphere felt positive and comfortable, and the team went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable. A special thank you to Irma Ruelas for being so accommodating, professional, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the process. She was extremely patient, responsive, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. You can really tell she cares about providing excellent guest service. I also want to thank the rest of the staff for being so friendly and helpful every time I visit. Everyone was attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to assist without ever making me feel rushed. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back to this location. Highly recommend this outlet to anyone looking for great service and an amazing team!
