  When I went to the store to return a pair of jeans my wife had bought, the staff “Eddie” assisting me said they needed her card. I told my wife—who was also in the store—to go to the cashier to hand the card. My wife was trying to figure out which checkout station to go to. Even though she was moving back and forth, the staff member saw her but ignored her and didn't tell her where to go. At that time, the only customer at the checkout counter was my wife. I saw all and asked the clerk for his name. However, a few minutes later, he approached me and demanded to know why I had asked for his name; I explained that I had asked because he had ignored my wife and refused to assist her. He then threatened to call security and walked off into the back area of ​​the store. I simply left the store with my wife since I didn’t want the thing got worse.
