  I had such a great experience at the store today! The cashier was just amazing. I didn't catch her name, but we totally bonded over being dog moms! She was so patient and helpful, especially with my daughter who was trying to find some cute tops that were still age-appropriate. Plus, she showed me how to finally access my rewards, which I've been meaning to do forever. She looked so young, but she had this maturity and kindness that you just don't see very often these days, especially in retail. I'm definitely planning another trip soon, and I'm hoping I can catch her name next time!🥰🥰

  OOOF! These girls were AWFUL! Disrespectful and rude. Came in with my wife whose jeans worn out within a month, we were immediately turned away. Told to contact customer service they didn’t want to waste any time on returns today. Yeah. Yikes. We purchased shorts and other items, as we are checking out the customer service…yeah what customer service? These girls were talking rudely about customers between each other, and had no conversation with us. Wish I got their names but I didn’t wanna waste any of my time on people that incompetent.

  Stopped by to return an online purchase (I ordered two sizes to determine best fit) and the store manager was condescending and rude. I was so surprised/shocked by her behavior that I left without taking my item with me (she told me to call customer service because she wouldn't help return it, she claimed company policy). When I realized that I left the item, I returned (about 10 minutes later) and she was folding it as if to put it on a shelf to sell. She had removed it from the plastic bag that it was in and no basic courtesy to even see where I may have walked. Thankfully, she gave it to me and a few days later I went to the Irvine store and the sweet sales guy there returned the item for me! So much for company policy! Will only go to the Irvine store from now on. The store manager at the San Clemente location needs to be retrained ASAP.

  I went into the store, pretty disappointed because the pants that I put on hold weren’t anywhere to be found, and your employee Melanie was very polite, gave us the best service and was able to get us all taken care of so we left very happy. We need more people with good customer service like her!!
