  I’m not a regular at lulu but my experience lately has made me want to shop there more often. It’s not always that you come across excellent customer service, but my past 2 visits to the arden location have been exceptional. I’ve had privilege of being helped by Faith both times. Not only did she help resolve my issue, but she was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied ! I will definitely be coming back :)

  Overall, the store was clean, the clothing selection was good, and the cashier at the front was friendly and helpful. My shopping experience was fine overall, but I did have one disappointing interaction with a staff member. I visited on the morning of July 9, at around 10 a.m. After trying on a few items in the fitting room, I decided to buy three pieces and left the two I didn’t want in the changing room. That’s something I’ve always done when shopping, assuming the fitting room staff would collect the items and return them to the sales floor. The staff member responsible for the fitting rooms seemed visibly annoyed that I left the clothes there. He kept giving me side-eye and came across as passive-aggressive, which made me feel uncomfortable. It really changed the atmosphere of what had otherwise been a pleasant shopping trip. I visited several clothing stores that morning, and this was the only place where I had this kind of experience. I hope the store can provide some basic customer service training or guidance so customers don’t leave feeling unwelcome. If there’s a preferred way to leave unwanted items after trying them on, I’m more than happy to follow it—I just think it should be communicated politely rather than through attitude. I’m sharing this because I think it’s something the store can improve, not because I had a bad impression of the store as a whole.

  The girl (white girl with dirty blonde hair) working at the billing counter this noon was so rude and impatient and was trying to judge so hard. Such people just ruin peoples days, definitely deserve termination to get their attitude right. Although I like shopping from this franchise, this store has such bad customer service. The worst I have ever seen

  I don’t normally buy products from here due to my budget, but I was looking for sustainable high quality clothing for running. The staff members were very friendly and helpful; four different employees approached me and guided me on deciding what kind of clothing I needed. I haven’t experienced customer service like this at any retail clothing store in years, great service.
