    Awful service. I was told that ALL the rings in the women’s collection is a size 7 only and in order to get a different size ring then you need to buy the lifetime warranty and then get it sent out and resized. I have never ever heard of this in a JCPenney before and it seems like a way to trick customers into buying extra things. Very disappointing by this company and their employees!!

    I am pleased and surprised that JCPenney successfully navigated the potential challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The store continues to maintain its established reliability, now enhanced by the integration of seasonal clothing trends from popular brands, while steadfastly offering the foundational merchandise it has historically provided. The location desirability is up to the client, I am not that big of a fan of The Arden Mall, but I guess shop where you can if this is a store you like.

    Went in for a dress shirt and was mislead by false advertisement. Sign said Van Heusen dress shirts normally $65 for 39.99 but according to an employee is was only certain shirts. So the sign should have said SELECT Van Heusen dress shirts on sale. No wonder JC Penney is practically out of business.
