- JNJorge NuilaAug 11, 20261.0My honest review. I came in and asked if they knew where H&M was. For the life of me I was not able to find it. And they all claimed no they did not. I was frustrated and needed new suits for work. So we start with a lie from the team. Not a great look. Whatever. I am desperate and I buy the suits. I buy 2 actually. 2 suit jackets, button ups, and pants. Around $800 all in. Might have been with a sale. These are two of the worst suits I have ever purchased. They are uncomfortable. Hot. They, honestly, in less than 6 months have started getting dirty, threads are coming off, and just look poorly kept. I have 4 other suits from H&M who I have kept for two years and hold up great, are comfortable to wear and didn't cost nearly a grand. So they lied. The suits are awful quality and poorly built. The material is horrendous. I paid too much. The experience of the gentleman who helped me was wonderful. Again, of course, after they lied to me. Then, they didn't have the pants I needed so they had me purchase it from them only to return it at the other store which did have my size. So he just wanted to waste my time and boost the stores numbers. At first I was quite happy but months later I realized I hated the suits and had to go to H&M. I finally found it and the suits fit better. Are better. And I would will never shop at Express ever again.

They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made both of us feel very welcomed. We also needed to exchange some clothing items on the same day, and they made the exchange process quick and effortless. I truly appreciate the kindness and customer service we received from the staff. Thank you for making our experience a positive one!
