  Come here if want to be treated like a criminal while shopping I went in and they followed me all through out the store. This short guy in with face and neck tattoos did not take his eyes off me. I have pictures of them just staring at me from all sorts of Angles.

  Alyssa was a great representative of the entire company! I went in to bring back a shoe I had purchased due to a manufacturing defect and wanted to do an even exchange but they didn't have my shoe size but she was super empathetic towards my situation and let me know she can order my size and ship to my house directly or I can look for a half size up or down. I decided to go the half size route and she not only was apologizing for the mishap but she also gave me a slight discount for the inconvenience and let me know that DSW cares about their customers. It really was a great experience based on her perfect customer service.

  Very clean and organized store. The sales associate Karina was super helpful and knowledgeable about the sales and the manager Sam was super nice as well. Would definitely come back to this location compared to others in the area!

  Very disappointed with my experience at this Sacramento DSW. While we were at the California State Fair, my girlfriend's shoes became uncomfortable, so we stopped in and I purchased a $200 pair of Birkenstocks. Before we even left the parking lot, I realized I needed the next size up. We immediately went back inside, grabbed the correct size, and asked for a simple exchange. Instead of helping us, the employees initially refused because they had just closed, even though we were already inside and there was no announcement over the intercom that the store was closing. After eye rolls, deep sighs, and acting like we were a huge inconvenience, they reluctantly completed the exchange. Before we even left, one employee rudely said, "For future reference, we close at 6." When I got home to Turlock after wearing the sandals, I discovered they had given me two different colors. Since the display boxes only contain one shoe and employees retrieve the matching shoe from the back, I don't understand how a mistake like this happens—especially after how irritated they seemed about helping us. Now I'm left with a mismatched $200 pair of Birkenstocks because of their mistake. I'm hoping someone from DSW reaches out to make this right because this level of customer service was extremely disappointing.
