  Every time I go here, the service is fast and easy. They’re also all polite. Scott in particular always make sure he goes over and beyond to help me handle my business when I come in. This is definitely my favorite location!

  Scott helped me and was cheerful and such a warm joy so early in the morning! I normally go to another location much closer to home but it so friendly and warm here. There always so professional.

  Never in my life been treated like I was a nobody . I work and work hard I had some health issues and lost of my mom n then dad so I had to pawn I have a wonderful job. I have a lot of stuff at capital pay on my stuff faithful if I can't pick it up and today I begged for one item to be on hold til my next check I was only able to pay on 5 tickets out of 6 and was spoken to like owell it is what it is no empathy at all we're all humans why treat me like i don't matter im never rude they make a lot from me I matter my money matters I just needed help it's my parents it's all I have left from them I had no choice to pawn but they have over 5000 easily from me just one item out of a total of like 14 just one on hold smh just sad people have no heart these days and normally everyone there is so nice to me .. then I ask for Paul n was told he can't do anything for you nothing more than I can .. I'm hurt n just lost something I cant replace ... N they see I pay I have never lost anything my heart is broken
