  The short asian girl was extremely rude. I'm always nice, but I quickly realized her nasty attitude, kept insisting I sign up for reward emails and judged me for not having one...so strange. Do they train employees to pressure people into having one?? Not one friendly smile in that interaction from her, customer service is not for you girly.

  The store itself is great, but the cashier was hella rude. She was going sloth-like slow trying to fold all our clothes while chatting with the other cashier, and I told her she didn’t need to fold it because we were in somewhat of a rush to get somewhere, and she started being unnecessarily rude and short with us right after, being dramatic about tossing the clothes down after she scanned them. But the other girl who helped us try to find a size online was super nice.

  The staff are all very attentive and friendly. They can fit you for bra sizes and give great recommendations/advice for finding the right fit! I’d choose Aerie over Victoria’s Secret any day for its everyday comfort.
