  The short asian girl was extremely rude. I'm always nice, but I quickly realized her nasty attitude, kept insisting I sign up for reward emails and judged me for not having one...so strange. Do they train employees to pressure people into having one?? Not one friendly smile in that interaction from her, customer service is not for you girly.

  So they kicked us out because they require masks and we weren’t wearing masks. It hurts them more then it hurts me. Normally we would spend around $200 or so in this store- it’s unbelievable to me that they would rather turn money away then allow customers to shop without masks. Yes $200 or $300 isn’t a ton of money to spend, but if it’s multiple customers every day, how much money does that add up to at the end of the month?. Roseville location doesn’t require them, so why would Arden? It’s simple- the owners would most likely want the money rather then turn customers away, but the employees are too controlling and would rather be “right” and self righteous rather then successful.
