  My daughter had clothes picked out, took them to the register and they tell her “they don’t accept old $100 bills.” That is the most idiotic thing I have ever heard of. I don’t blame the young lady at the register. She is just doing what some moron told her to do, which is turn away good money. Great sales plan, Windsor.

  Went here for the first time to look for a prom and graduation dress for my daughter and didn’t enjoy it. One thing that I find really important with customer service is that employees provide good customer service and especially the managers. We were helped by employees who were somewhat friendly, but upon checkout, who I think was the store manager did not say one word to us. Instead she would not look at us and continued to clean up the register area. She finally walked over without looking at us while she asked employees to go on break. She rang us up and the words she finally said were that all sales were final. Never thanked us either even though I thanked her. I am always very nice to everyone as I treat people the way I would like to be treated. If you don’t like customer service, then don’t do customer service. We also asked to have a prom dress held for us until the end of the night and when we came back an hour later saw them putting it back on the rack. Just an unusual experience and personally will not go back.
