  Had a great experience! There was a huge selection to choose from. Bethany, our sales associate provided awesome customer service, with her product knowledge, suggestions, and input. I ended up buying two pair, but plan on going back in to get two more next week. Can’t wait to wear the new shades! 😎

  I was assisted by really cool workers! All of them were so friendly! They really know their shades. Ashley helped me find the perfect pair of specs for me, and I like it so much, I couldn't wait until dawn to take a photo for this review! WHO NEEDS THE SUN?! I don't need the sun for sunglasses! We'll call these "moonglasses" for now! Take care, everybody!

  Awaiting manager decision tomorrow but after talking with the representative on location, not thrilled. Decided to purchase my Wife a pair of RayBans she has been wanting for a while. Arrived, purchased, and went on my way. (Thanks Emily). Got home (2 1/2- 3) hours away and asked my Wife how she liked them. She said they were great but had a scuff on the inside lens. Called to see if I could exchange for a new pair at my local store and was told no “ if roles were reversed and you came to my store and did that, I would assume you did it. Whoever the gal was on the phone had a hard time spitting out who the store manager is, like come on, simple question. Customer service should be better for the money spent on item. Lets hope “Nye - store manager” can resolve this. UPDATE - Emily followed back and called my local store for me to set up the exchange local. Thank you for your time and understanding of the situation. Good customer service from the Assistant Manager Emily.

  My wife and I stopped into the Galleria location after seeing some sunglasses I liked at a different location. Our salesgirl Ashley was amazing! She was extremely friendly and accommodating. She showed us multiple options of the glasses we were interested in and ultimately helped with the final decision too. Not only did I get a pair of sunglasses but my wife walked out with a pair also!

  I had an amazing experience at Sunglass Hut! I’m absolutely in love with my new Prada’s!—they look great, feel comfortable, and I’m so happy with my purchase. A huge thank you to Willow for all of her help! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the perfect pair, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her customer service truly went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated how welcoming she was. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my Tom Ford glasses! Willow made the entire experience memorable, and I can’t wait for my next visit. Highly recommend this Sunglass Hut if you’re looking for great products and great customer service!
