  Gavin was the young man who helped me select some sunglasses at the Roseville store at the fountains. I told him what I was looking for and that I don't like to shop he asked a question or two of clarification and then guided me immediately to two to three pairs of glasses that I would consider. He knew the products very well, has a great ability to listen and apply the information. He is a great asset to this store!

  I bought a pair of sunglasses last week and the frame is loose and falls off my face I couldn’t find my receipt I took it back to the store and the gentleman at the counter was super nice and tried to tighten it for me I asked to speak to a manager her name is Haley she refused to come out of her office and speak to me I thought it was extremely unprofessional and rude I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. I sent a message to corporate below and no one got back to me so basically sun glass hut has the worst customer service!!!!!!

  Walked in and Hayley helped me with repairing my Ray Bans I had bought there before. She quickly repaired them, tightened the screws and cleaned my glasses. Excellent service and professionalism! I will definitely be back again!

  The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted but they worked with me and I found a couple of pairs that I absolutely love. The products are pricey, but the quality is very high.

  This Roseville Fountains location of Sunglass Hut Rocks !!!!!! Hayley was very knowledgeable, made it fun and helped point me to a great pair of Oakleys. Perfect !!!! Love them!!!! Hayley Rocks !!!!!!! If your looking for Sunglasses, this is the place amazing customer service and all the top brands !!!! Ask for Hayley !!!!
