  Joseph is an amazing asset! We were initially greeted by a very unpleasant sales person who literally handed my boyfriend our rings and walked away. No boxes no thank you. Nothing. On our way out we met Joseph, who turned our whole awful experience around. We were thoroughly impressed with his kindness and helpfulness. 5 stars for Joseph, zero stars for the lady up front. You’ll know who she is if you pull up the cameras on 8/22 at 5:15-5:20 pm.

  had such a great experience at Shane Co.! The store is beautiful, and there are always plenty of friendly, helpful staff ready to assist. I recently dropped off my ring to be resized, and when I went back less than a week later to pick it up, I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked—it was SO sparkly and looked brand new! While I was there, I also picked up another ring for my fiancé. Sarah was especially helpful and took the time to explain how to properly care for my ring and keep it looking its best. The whole experience was easy, welcoming, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back!

  I visited Shane Co. multiple times to look at engagement rings because I wanted to make sure I found the perfect ring. Joseph, Dempsey, Lucas, Devin, and Mac each helped me on different visits, and every single one of them was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. They happily brought out every ring I wanted to see and try on, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Most importantly, you can truly tell that they care about their customers and want them to find a piece they’ll love forever. Across the other local jewelers I have visited, I had the best shopping experience at Shane Co.

  Sarah L. was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect earrings. She spent so much time going through all of the options with us, especially the more affordable choices, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She was so patient while I tried on a bunch of different styles and was incredibly helpful in figuring out what looked best. You can really tell that she cares about her customers and wants them to find something they truly love. I’m so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a wonderful shopping experience!

  We had such an amazing experience working with Kim! We had actually worked with two other associates before her, and Kim was the third person to help us. The difference was immediate. She really took the time to understand me and what I was looking for instead of just showing us rings. She took into consideration my personal style, ring size, finger shape, and everything I told her I wanted in a diamond. She asked all the right questions and even challenged me on some of the things I thought I wanted by asking why I wanted a certain feature or what I liked about it. That was incredibly helpful because it made me think about what I actually loved versus what I thought I was supposed to look for. She eventually showed me a diamond cut I hadn’t even been considering, and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for. We completely changed direction from the ring we had originally chosen, and I couldn’t be happier with where we landed. What I appreciated most was that Kim never made us feel rushed or like she was just trying to make a sale. She listened, gave thoughtful advice, and genuinely helped us make a decision we felt confident and excited about. If you’re shopping for an engagement ring, ask for Kim. Especially if you have a general idea of what you want but aren’t completely sure how to put it all together. She has an incredible eye and made the experience feel personal, fun, and special. We are so grateful we ended up working with her!
