    Arlene is the only jeweler that we see when we come to visit Shane Co. Even if it’s busy, we wait for her. She is amazing, and listens to her guests. I suggested her to a cousin and in-law of mine, and they loved her too. She does not rush us, takes her time finding pieces we like, and has great suggestions. She really has a eye for beautiful jewelry, and always finds us something we love. We have purchased with her multiples times, and plan to keep working with her.

    I came in to Shane Co to upgrade my ring after 14 years. I ended up ordering a halo style ring. When I came in to see it and give my existing diamond to have it mounted, we realized the halo was too big for my diamond. Jose was so helpful in helping me find what I needed and walking me through the whole process. He immediately measured my diamond to help me find what would look best. He checked in with me each step of the way and made sure I would be happy with my purchase. I am very indecisive but also very picky (annoyingly so) and he was able to work with me to get me exactly what I was picturing. I’m thankful he was there when I came to see the halo or ‘pick up day’ would have been disappointing. Way to serve Jose! Thank you

    Great experience at Shane Co. Tamim and Christina helped us out. They were both patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly while we browsed and figured out which style engagement ring we were looking for. I highly recommend asking for either of these two to help you out. There was another girl who also helped, but I can’t remember her name. She was great as well! The whole staff is very welcoming and that made me feel great about making my purchase. 5 stars

    Had difficulty with an in store pickup order before Nate V. assisted via the online support. He was able to hold the item I wanted and complete the entire order in about 10 minutes. Upon pickup, staff was very professional, and despite having some issues with finalizing my purchase Catherine (? I’m very bad with names) was able to get everything taken care of care of very quickly. Great experience now and over the past 10 years since we first bought jewelry with Shane.

    Poor experience with the salesmen and felt like they were uninterested in helping me. Pretty odd considering I was the only customer in there. I stated my budget and what I was looking for. Instead of showing me around the cases, the guy brought out 3 options, only 1/3 was within the price range I stated. The salesman didn’t say much and left me to try them on, again seeming disinterested. I told him that I also wanted to see some other jewelry pieces and specified what I was looking for. Another sales associate next to us joined in and both salesmen agreed and said there wasn’t anything within my budget because of how expensive gold is right now. If gold is so expensive right now and there was ‘nothing in that price range’, tell me why I pulled up the Shane co website and was able to show them tons of options within my budget (all which they had in store and they pulled out after I showed the website). Doesn’t matter if someone is spending a few hundred dollars or thousands of dollars, customers should be treated with respect.
