  Sarah was extremely helpful in assisting us with choosing a wedding band for my fiancé, and she very nicely cleared up all of our questions regarding engraving options. We feel very well taken care of, and we would definitely be very happy to come back and see Sarah again!

  I came in on Tuesday to look for nose jewelry and to see if someone could clean my mother necklace. Kim made my experience here amazing! She was able to help me find my ideal nose jewelry and she cleaned my mom’s necklace, which Iam so happy and thankful for. Thankyou so much to Kim!

  I’ve purchased many beautiful pieces of jewelry from Shane Co. and always have a pleasant experience. My wedding ring unfortunately damaged on accident and I was extremely upset as this is my heirloom piece that was to be handed down to my daughter. Kim Nguyen stepped in and rectified my loss and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy and walked out with a new heirloom ring. Sarah Vilchis was extremely helpful and spend a long time over 2 days to find my ring with many helpful suggestions, options and made sure I got what I really wanted. Both Kim and Sarah are exceptional and knew how to bring my smile back after crying and grieving my original wedding ring. While I am sad about my ring I am extremely satisfied and thankful for their support, experience and exceptional service! I can’t recommend these two wonderful women enough and so very happy walking out today. We will continue to be returning customers of Shane Co. for all our jewelry purchases not just for my husband and I but our two daughters and we will recommend to everyone we know! They were both extremely helpful and made sure that we got what was right for us not right for anyone else. Very pleased with both of them and hope to work with either one of them anytime we come in.   I want to give a huge shout-out to three spectacular employees at Shane Co. for making my engagement ring experience unforgettable: Joseph, Jessica, and Phoebe! I first came in with no knowledge about jewelry, only knowing I wanted a green stone for my engagement ring. Joseph was incredibly patient, answering my endless questions and letting me try on various shapes until I felt comfortable. His amazing customer service is the reason I brought my fiancé back for a second visit. Joseph helped us narrow the search down to a green sapphire, and then brought in Jessica to help me figure out the shape. Jessica is magical! She suggested a cushion cut and showed me how it could be set in a unique "kite style." It was love at first sight, and we were sold on the spot! I was so relieved, especially since green sapphires are hard to find. Shane Co.'s great selection and complimentary warranty made them the easy choice. There was a brief hiccup due to a computer system error that prevented us from finalizing the purchase right then, but the team promised to alert us as soon as it was resolved. Because I was too excited to wait, I called the store to check in. That’s where Phoebe stepped in! She was so quick and efficient. In less than an hour, she got everything confirmed and sent us a link so I could purchase my ring immediately without having to drive back to the store. This allowed them to get my stone set exactly how I wanted it before pickup. To bring it full circle, Joseph was the one who helped us at pickup to make sure everything was flawless. I love my beautiful green sapphire engagement ring! I went from being stressed and overwhelmed to feeling completely seen and heard. This professional team took away all my fears, and Shane Co. has officially earned a customer for life!
