  I had a great experience at Plato’s Closet! They had a huge selection with lots of great options, and everything was well organized and easy to browse. The store was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the prices were fantastic. I’ll definitely be back to shop again!

  They purchased some of my items and I also purchased items. I was looking at my receipt and realized there was an in discrepancy. I called and spoke to, Liz, one of the owners. Liz was so kind, understanding and helped resolve the issue immediately. I am beyond thankful for the level of customer service I received.

  I come to this sometimes, when ever I go there they never accept anything. This time I called them what items they are taking in. It was winter clothes for mens, jeans ladies wear. Nothing long sleeve. I had one full bag of branded clothes never worn. Not a single skinny jeans. Just in 10 minutes I the girl was done and saying we don't take skinny jeans. Blur and blur. In front of me she took 3/4 jeans and hoodies with long sleeves. What i have seen from my eyes clearly tells me its whom u know system. There were items taken not accordingly what she told me, but she simply lied on my face no skinny jeans which I didnt had one single skinny jeans in my bag. And also there was no long sleeves either. I would not recommend this place to anyone its going to be waist of time. If you know them then its good for you otherwise you are just waisting time. If anyone has their directors number or email pls share. I would like to share what kind of items I took and what she mentioned didnt tallied at all.

  Stopped by here for the first time ever today with my cousin who is visiting from out of state and we had a blast. It was a little packed and there was a wait time for the dressing rooms, but as the girl behind me in line and I were discussing, it was probably because of the lulu lemon rack that they had just put out lol. Over all their selection was great, a little bit of something for everyone and the staff were really helpful and friendly, even making sure my cousin and I knew where the other was in the store when it started getting a little more crowded
