  Annabelle needs a class on customer relationship skills. She really has no business working with customers at the check out register if she cant understand basic customer service. Seemed like we were more of a burden in her day than anything.

  If you're the kind of person who enjoys the hunt, you'll love it. So many great deals to find on the overstuffed racks...must be patient with hangers, they're not getting stuck together on purpose! Higher end clothing, this ain't ROSS. Great shoe selections too.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with a fitting room attendant named MJ. I brought six items into the fitting room, selected three to purchase, and left three items that did not fit. When I exited the fitting room, MJ told me that the clothing needed to be put back on the hangers because “it came on a hanger, so it should be on a hanger.” The way this was communicated felt rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming. I understand that stores may have procedures regarding fitting room items, and I would have gladly complied if the request had been made politely. Instead, I left feeling singled out, embarrassed, and uncomfortable. Nordstrom is known for customer service, which made this experience especially disappointing. I hope management reviews how customers are treated and ensures that all customers are treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
